How this latest conspiracy story begins.................
Francesca on her way to court claimed her car started swerving all over the road from one lane into the other, ending up against a street post, wheels in the air right in front of a 12 foot drop.
Therefor she showed up in court hours late, even though she claims most of the town support her, so she could have called one of those many supporters, never called the police or 911 either, but instead waited for a tow truck to arrive. She had a friend with her (see also other story) so basically there was no need for her to stay on said scene.
Now comes the interesting part, a good? friend of Francesca claims she had been ran of the road!

Really? but you don't call anyone if that happens?
Let us for a moment examine who exactly those, they are, HRM? the neighbors who's dogs got attacked or the people Francesca attacked after she found they could no longer buy her nonsense?
How did those people plan such an assault? Did they have her house bugged? A 24 hours surveillance organised maybe? Or are they the man in black? You know the ones that go after Illegal dangerous aliens! Is that the reason why she only got answering machines on the phone? Is that also the reason why her car, after having been in such a bad accident appears to be in good shape, no new dent, no scratches on the roof and so on.
OMG FRANCESCA, I DON'T THINK IT WAS AN ACCIDENT EITHER, I THINK THE WHOLE THING WAS A SET UP TO, BUT i AM NOT SO SCARED FOR YOU, AS YOU MADE IT UP.
One question I do have, how does this woman think you can take (poor) Brindi and get out of Halifax? Does that include leaving all those people you own lots of money to, hanging?

Clara~ Francesca obviously knows the Judge isn't reading that piece. Since it contained about TEN pictures plus videos--of GREAT poignancy--of her and Brindi & only had room for ONE brief succinct comment by a resident of E. Chezzetcook about how the community feels about her--it's to be used as yet another promo appearing on her open group & presumably on the closed one as well. For Fund Raising. Now there is an entire new bloc of Indians (Delhi, Kolkata) among the other Newbies & she asks Newcomers to the site to forward it on to THEIR friends. A whole new crew who know none of the facts & many of whom don't know where NS is on a map.
Remember the first major Legal Expenses fund raiser? BTW she never paid the award her attorney, the well-regarded Blair Mitchell, got in Small Claims Court because he PROVED he did NOT offer to work thru the Christmas holidays [as Francesca ADMITTED in her blog in Jan. 2009; erased, but archived!] pro bono. She added how proud she was to have him sitting beside her in Court [also archived] & he WON her case in the Supreme Court of NS. Only personal injury lawyers do not work on an hourly fee basis; he told her his billing rate. He did not say he would work pro bono and he brought the proof to Small Claims Court. He proved his bill was true and fair & he was awarded his fees by the Court. He has not been paid. The fact that he had to drag her there caused him to lose more time (unpaid) to La Rogier. Some people DO work for a living, Francesca. Nova Scotia is not a rich province; in your 6 years you have cost HRM, its taxpayers, and several of its individual citizens whom you went after viciously, dragging them to court, suing, calling the employment agency which they were working with to look for a job—you have cost our lovely province and its good people thousands upon thousands of dollars. Enough!!

Francesca's day in (or perhaps not) court.
Francesca Rogier What happened? They screwed me again. The trial was NOT supposed to begin on Friday. The judge had agreed to allow me to contest the charges.
Did you get a notice of another court date? The Judge might have gotten annoyed since you never did show up on time,
no court of law is going to wait for people to show up when ever they feel fit to do so.
HRM was looking for any chance to bulldoze things to start the trial I worked extremely hard on this difficult claim to challenge the warrant and the law, to get the charges dropped or stayed.
Oh sure, its the courts fault, you completely failed to follow its orders. I would not call this a difficult claim, you failed to follow the courts orders and allowed your dog to yet attack another dog.
I had a lot of very good arguments and research.

But on the way to court I had an accident on the road, swerved several times back and forth into the left lane, ended up stuck hanging off the edge of the road, 12 feet above a drop, my car was held by a street sign and the tires were all up in the air. I nearly fell into the drop when I got out and I wrenched my back.
Well first of all, there is no drop on or near that road, further more we must wonder how come since your car was upside down, unless you super glued your tires on top of it, why nobody passing by called the police or even 911. Good thing that street sign was placed so close to this imaginary drop that it managed to stop the car from falling in.
And again while you were swirling across the road, nobody passing by on either side called?
A friend helped me call the courthouse and HRM; I called them twice myself - and gave them my cell number. I had to wait nearly two hours for a tow truck.
So the both of you had working cellphones but neither of you called 911 or the police for assistance while your car was laying upside down?
In the meantime the court clerk gave the judge the wrong message - she told her I would be there at 10:45 but neither of us said that at all; I only said I didn't know when and I would call to update. I didn't even know if my car was damaged.
Well that court clerk must have gone banana's, how dare this person give a judge false information!

I got to the courthouse around 1 pm only to find that they had started the TRIAL at 10:45 and there was no turning back.
What did you expect the court to do, have a party and wait for a Francesca Rogier to finally show up?
They had also already entered evidence and heard a witness, both of which were improper and would never have been heard if the judge had let me present my case first.
This evidence would have been entered anyway, there is no way a judge would not allow it, and how do you know it was improper? since you failed to show up on time?
This is typical HRM action. I called Legal Services twice; found out later they didn't even call the prosecutor. I got an answering machine at the court clerk's office at 12:30 when I was leaving home. NObody ever called me back.
Sure the courts clerk's office is being run by answering machines, what, what, you left the house at 12.30? That was way to late don't you think? What were you doing at your house? at that time?
Things are really in bad shape now, my friends. The same damn nightmare as last time - when the judge was replaced with a new one who decided not to let me and my lawyer present our case to challenge the charges, and made me start the trial without being prepared. SAME THING this time, different way of going about it. This is hell. i really cannot say that the trial is fair.
What has not been fair is, a you not having followed court orders, not having been able to show up on time, faking a imaginary car accident, holding the court you claim treats you unfair up, accusing a court clerk of presenting false messages, claiming you destroyed city property (a sign post) without calling the police, claiming you only get answering machines even at the court house and claiming there was nobody at the road who gave you any assistance at your imaginary car accident even though your car was laying there wheels up!
I had to cross-examine witnesses totally cold, my back injured, trying desperately to remember what I prepared months ago; I was shaken from the car mishap, I had been out in the cold for nearly two hours, and I was up all night, focusing on the Charter claim.
Oh poor you, how inconsiderate of the court to not let you see a doctor, I take it you did take pictures of your car laying upside down and tried to have the judge look at them?
The only way HRM wins anything is to fight dirty. So they are fighting dirty. They even claim they haven't decided what they want to do with Brindi - until the question of guilt is decided - total nonsense! IF that were true, why did they say in 2010 and afterwards that they wanted her put down? Why don't they seize and detain every dog whose owner is charged with offences? And the verdict on the charges has NOTHING to do with whether a dog should be put down. It goes on and on, and my dear friends, I cannot take this anymore: I went to the doctor that night and he confirmed a back muscle sprain, gave me muscle relaxants and a NSAID and told me not to leave the house on the muscle relaxants. I do not know what to do, It was so unfair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, we all get that, with the answering machines and all, plus you almost going down a steep drop, your car wheels up against a sign post, nobody helping, nobody stopping, no police in sight, no 911, they must all be operating on answering machines to, no cab you could have called and so on! Francesca Rogier the judge would not even let me explain what happened - they told her I was just stuck in a ditch and would be there at 10:45; when I told her I never said that, she just repeated it and cut me off and told me the Crown made an ex parte motion to start the trial and it had all the witnesses there - a cheap trick - and nobody ever tried to contact me, and I kept getting answering machines, so did my friend who was calling.

They are going to take my house away in June no matter what I do, no matter what I do in court they are going to never let Brindi go and I am also afraid of the evil SPCA swooping in, having gotten her ill during their impoundment, and take her away - although the city will not be content with anybody getting her because they totally want her dead - they are just misleading the judge now.

Francesca Rogier I am lucky the accident wasn't worse - or maybe not! If it was worse, they couldn't have skipped my charter claim and started the trial! I can't deal with all this court shenanigans. It's all hypocritical, they never put anybody through this agony. They never hold any other dog and owner up to the impossible (unwritten) standard they make up just for us. They pretend it's all normal and they are just lying. The Pettipas family is the worst family in this community, they despise people, they push people around, and their precious daughter and her husband were the most smug, self-serving jerks I have ever seen in my life. He was practically chuckling as he told on the stand about how I begged for Brindi's life!

Francesca Rogier with Robert Riley's help, I did manage to get the Care2 and Change.org petitions printed out - double-sided - and bound, and gave them to the judge. Cost about $200 to make three copies of each! The prosecutor just flipped through and shrugged, "I don't see what relevance this has."

Well there you have it,it appears that Fran tried her usual delays but this time it backfired.You will note that she blames everyone else for her stupid blunders,its been that way since day one,it now looks as if the Court system has their fill of her. The evidence in this case is all there,and I suspect She realizes it, She was told before that a petition is worthless in Court especially if its full of fake names,from all over the world,I have noticed that Debbie Mcdonald AKA Fran Rogier signed the damn thing. Someday She may realize that this is Canada,and she a guest of this Country (an unwanted one). I doubt she will ever learn to play by our rules if I were her I would toss in the towel now pack my bags and head for parts unknown to save Her from further making a total Ass of herself.

HOW TO TREAT YOUR LOYAL SUPPORTERS
Well, March 2 has come and gone and not a word to her loyal supporters! They are all waiting for word on how things went on the first day of court. After all they are very concerned as they have invested time and money in this cause.
So what do they get? NOTHING, not a damn word.
