Truth sure is stranger than fiction

I have been following the case of a certain dog in Halifax Co. for the past year+. There have been many topics started on various FB groups,ie CTV,as well as a couple FB groups dedicated and created directly by this dogs owner;in addition there is about 20 pages of google info.if you do a Brindi search.
One of the points the dogs owner always makes is she never uses a false name,or has anything to do with the "TRUTH IS STRANGER THAN FICTION " blog. Well another well known and respected blogger has discovered that the author of Truth is stranger than fiction, is none other than the dogs owner herself....yep you got it Fran Rogier.

Now Rogier is going to court on March 9 th of this year,after being found guilty in a court of law,of 3 counts under the dog by law in HRM. She is going to demand that Brindi be returned to her. It would appear to this blogger that
since she was already found guilty and is looking at 3 hefty fines,and in order to try to make her case look better has to lie and create confusion by always speaking in the 3rd party speaks volumes about her. BTY this is not the first lie that the owner has been caught in there are e-mails floating around after AC in HRM issued the muzzle order where Fran used a gentle leader instead,than there is her saying that her dog attacked the other dogs on her property line...not true it was a public road...look at the supreme court decision...I could give more examples,however will save them for later posts; my point is that this does NOT look like a responsible dog owner and she should not have a dog returned to her with issues...it would be a death sentence within a week or two.

MY OPINION

The way I see this is, the owner is hell bent on proving she is right. It doesn't seem to matter to her whether her dog survives or not, otherwise she would be doing everything in her power to get her dog released. She will not go the exta mile for her dog and try to get her rehomed so she can be safe and alive.

As usual, it has to be her way on her terms and I do not think that is going to happen.

She is still spending her time blaming everyone else for the mess she is in, instead of realizing she and only she is responsible for what happened.

Unfortunately her and her followers refuse to accept that the problem is not the dog with people, it is the dog with property issues and attacking other dogs. God forbid a child should get in her way. There was already an incident where a woman was knocked to the ground. BUT of course, she wasn't really hurt, so I guess that is not important to the owner.

FED UP!!

I can no longer stand by and let all the untruths continue. All one has to do is look at the COURT documents to see who is telling the truth and who is not. The OWNER has an axe to grind and is willing to say anything to get people on her side.

What she calls a minor incident is not what the Supreme Court of N.S. calls it. Just google Francesca Rogier and the Supreme Court decision will come up.
