I have been following the case of a certain dog in Halifax Co. for the past year+. There have been many topics started on various FB groups,ie CTV,as well as a couple FB groups dedicated and created directly by this dogs owner;in addition there is about 20 pages of google info.if you do a Brindi search.
One of the points the dogs owner always makes is she never uses a false name,or has anything to do with the "TRUTH IS STRANGER THAN FICTION " blog. Well another well known and respected blogger has discovered that the author of Truth is stranger than fiction, is none other than the dogs owner herself....yep you got it Fran Rogier.

Now Rogier is going to court on March 9 th of this year,after being found guilty in a court of law,of 3 counts under the dog by law in HRM. She is going to demand that Brindi be returned to her. It would appear to this blogger that
since she was already found guilty and is looking at 3 hefty fines,and in order to try to make her case look better has to lie and create confusion by always speaking in the 3rd party speaks volumes about her. BTY this is not the first lie that the owner has been caught in there are e-mails floating around after AC in HRM issued the muzzle order where Fran used a gentle leader instead,than there is her saying that her dog attacked the other dogs on her property line...not true it was a public road...look at the supreme court decision...I could give more examples,however will save them for later posts; my point is that this does NOT look like a responsible dog owner and she should not have a dog returned to her with issues...it would be a death sentence within a week or two.

I agree Brindi should be re homed to a responsible dog owner.

ReplyDeleteMs. Jay's last comment on Joan's post about the author of "Nova Scotia Truth is a Stranger to this Fiction Writer" blog was thought-provoking. (Can you make that a live link...can't seem to click on it.) She wants the idealized long walks on the beach (with Brindi running along ahead of her...not leashed and muzzled) Tossing her a ball as she did in that Oscar-contender film clip she taped against the rules she had signed to be allowed SPCA visits. Brindi cannot leave that tiny house without a (real) muzzle. And, in case the judge were foolishly inclined to take her word for anything and release Brindi back to her--that video taken in spite of her WRITTEN promise to take NO pictures should be a very sobering reminder of just exactly what the word of Ms. Rogier means. She'll sign anything, say anything, write anything to get what she wants. Her 9 minute video shows how much her word means.
