I found the following written by MS Rogier:

These people and their allies are using false allegations to convince judges that she did not obey court conditions and even using illegally obtained recordings in their devious plan.
At the same time, the building officials imposed contradictiory and impossible demands on her that blatanlty obstruct her from finishing her long-awaited home renovation."
The above is pure BULL SHIT for the following reasons:
First the comment Fran Rogier makes about being duped by neighbours...the fact is that a small dog was being walked on a PUBLIC highway while on a lead in front of Ms Rogiers shack, Brindi jumped out of a car window ran on a PUBLIC highway and attacked the much smaller dog which as I said was on a lead. Now at this time (BY COURT ORDER) Brindi was to be muzzled when NOT on Frans property and further be on a lead,neither condition was met,as admitted to by Fran in her own words and were recorded on tape.The much smaller dog required medical attention for BITE marks,puncture wounds, there are photos someplace on the net to prove the injury. NO ONE is making false allegations other than FRAN HERSELF.
Now I comment on the following, "even using illegally obtained recordings in their devious plan."" I recall that quite some time ago one of Fran's puppets from SOUTH AFRICA called HRM and recorded the call and posted it on the internet,someone pointed out to Fran that, that was illegal, Fran or one of her clowns responded that "if one party knew it was being recorded its legal" which is correct. However in this case Fran calls the HRM call center which handles BY LAW ie Animal Control matters akin to a police department. 2 points come to mind,I think everyone knows a call to the police is and will be recorded,and as long as ONE party knows the call is being recorded it is legal. Why in Hell would Fran think otherwise?
Now about the so called house which I call a shack and the HRM building inspector forcing demands on her,well its little wonder the damn shack sat on stilts for at least 3 years,roof leaking,water pipes freezing,having to use electric stove for heat and septic not working.Its little wonder HRM removed her from unsafe living conditions,Fran is now allowed to live in shack after a foundation was placed and stilts were removed,however in Fran's own words roof still leaks,windows leak and pipes freeze shack is in bad repair;and to my knowledge no attempt by Fran has been made to repair. Now in all likely hood HRM will end up selling the shack because of liens they have on property,Fran will skip the country and we as tax payers will be left holding the bag.
The past while I have been attacked by Fran and her puppets about this blog,well its a free country so they can attack all they want,however my goal is to prevent anyone sending hard earned $ which in all likely hood many can't afford to someone who just wants to stir up shit,the woman can work,in fact does work, (a screen shot of her as translator is on this blog) if you will notice Fran has a German,USA bank account,and I know she also has a bank account in Canada, so bank accounts in 3 countries. Further you will note she charges 50$ an hour to translate,even though it is illegal for to work in Canada on a visitor visa, and yes it has been brought to the attention of Canadian Immigration,CRA and IRS. I won't even mention the paypal account and various other scams she has to raise $;its all there folks just do a google search....My suggestion is under no condition send Ms. Fran Rogier any money as it will be spent at a spa at mersey lodge.

It would seem that if everyone that is after Fran, was in fact after her, she would be on some Most Wanted list. She seems to think she is some exalted person, that law and lay are after for no reason whatsoever. Truly amazing.
ReplyDeleteLets not forget the lies that I and we threatened to SHOOT Brindi. Nowhere was that ever stated. In fact I stated I talked to a few of her neighbors and asked them NOT to shoot Brindi if she was ever there again / loose or attacked another dog.
ReplyDeleteShe tells the lies as to get sympathy from people who knows no better. Honestly, if all that was truly happening as she stated, being so sue happy as she is, don't you think she would be able to get a lawyer to go after everyone that she claims did her wrong? After all, she makes it seem like a slam dunk case that even a non lawyer could win and win big.
People have got to use the brain God gave them. Sure it is easy to believe her BUT when the brain cells start working you can easily pick out the lies... maybe I should say TRUTH because there is very little of those.
Notice if anyone questions her, they are de-friended / booted out of the group etc. Wonder why that is? If she has nothing to hide, why is a simple question so terrible. Why can't she tell?
Boggles my mind when you have people so willing to give money and support to someone who steals, cons and embezzles kind hearted people.
No heat, frozen pipes so no running water. Where does she go to the bathroom, shower, wash dishes, clothes? Makes me wonder if she has mental health issues. Although, it appears to me she knows she is conning people since she won't let anyone, even with the most innocent question ask.
ReplyDeleteThere is no doubt that Ms.Rogier does have some very serious issues,as for her going to the bathroom I not sure on that but it may help to explain why she so full of Sh@@.
ReplyDeleteRemember the authorities found 'floating organics' under her house. That would answer where she is/was going to the bathroom. Flush you say, well she never flushed at the homes she stayed at. UGH
ReplyDeleteI have called the vet she claimed she had to pay over 700-- was it? to. Even though she would not discuss the case with me, I did manage to get two answers. Was Brindi malnourished at the place/shelter she is staying causing her to develop a pancreatic disease? The answer was no. Did you treat Brindi for any pancreatic disease? The answer was no.

It is interesting that there is no accounting for the over 1400$ raised on the latest scam,oops fund raiser I would venture a guess that 10's of thousands of dollars were raised in the past by brindi mom as she likes to be called. However we will leave it up to the CRA and IRS to track her paypal account oh yes and her translating gig.

I just found out that there is a lot more to this story than meets the eye,in fact not only were tall tales told,it appears that outright lies have been told to gain more support,there appears to be some conflicting information on the health of Brindi.it looks as we are in for an interesting March,as the Tales unfold. I will update the blog as the information comes in.
ReplyDeleteYes, Clara--I remember about the "Floating Organics" the Building Inspector found and wrote about in his report. FOUR winters with no water to shower OR flush the toilet. (You wouldn't think she'd have the sheer nerve to sue the people who took her in when she was evicted and then had to go in after her and flush the toilet!!!) Yuck. Looks like basic manners was a pretty thin veneer on our erudite Perry Mason and know-it-all 'architect' who didn't know enough to pick one of the contractors recommended by her agent who'd seen their work for 30 years. Nope, not Missy Smartypants--who'd never built a sandcastle--she knew best. And she DARES to bitch that he went bankrupt. She probably took him because he offered a ridiculously low bid. Like emailing Ms. Veilleux that if she got a fine, she couldn't pay vet bill for Flower (one of the many dogs Brindi attacked). So she didn't get a fine; she got a muzzle order & has been bitching that it was 'cooked' up in a plot ever since. Nope--Ms. V. forwarded her email to the AC Officer. (Yes, it is ALL there in the transcript of her first trial. First of so many--will we EVER get her out of our courts AND out of our province??) Talk about CHEAP! If she had not emailed ms. veilleux--had just paid the damn vet bill like she agreed AND paid the fine, there would have been no muzzle order to violate, no first seizure, no worldwide fund raising campaign. And she has been bitching ever since that a FINE is the proper thing--everyone ELSE gets a FINE. Well, she would have BUT she had to complain about it. That woman could make trouble on a desert island.

It's funny that this woman has not been sued for defamation of character. The way she talks about that family and I know them and they are very nice and responsible citizens who have been in the community for many, many years.
