This blog is in response to the unfactual blogs of one famous irresponsible dog owner in Nova Scotia. Most of the information shared here is based on actual facts and the rest is our personal opinions which is our right under the freedom of speech. Don't you just love CANADA?
This poor woman who is begging the world for money, has bank accounts in Germany, USA and Canada.
ReplyDeleteI work every frigging day and have 1 bank account in Canada. What's that tell ya? I need to start begging too and then maybe I can afford an expensive retreat week with her next time she goes.
Lets get real here, anyone can ask for a certain fee to be paid for work done, but, it would all depend on how many hours, how much work is there? do the people pay, is there any work at all? This madam Clara claims she knows it all, has access to Francesca's bank accounts and her financial situation. I believe that is a felony!
ReplyDeleteIn response to Ms. Burkholder's irate puff of wind on Save the City of Halifax from Brindi and Francesca Rogier (ooops, did I get the name wrong?) yanno the Party Line—that WE are defaming Saint Francesca of E. Chezzetcook. How do we possibly know she has bank accounts in Germany etc. La--you are a latecomer to Fran's Fund Raising Frolics, Lil Lena. She posted the details for her German account when she first cottoned onto the riches that were available, given a sufficient Sob Story, specially involving a dog, a Single Woman, a lonely individual striving to live a Green Life in a hostile foreign country blah blah and blah. After Brindi was seized the first time (my God—back in July 2008-- she sure can’t hang onto a pet, can she?) she started a blog & wrote in agonizing detail during those 2 years about her time in Germany & of course posted German bank account info along with PayPal and Royal Bank. She transferred $ from US account to her RBC account in front of someone. She keeps a MINUMUM in the Royal Bank for obvious reasons. Even some of her swooning supporters (even then MOST were out of the country) questioned her German bank. The Canadians were particularly aroused: “hey whoa, why the German bank account?” She said it could accept deposits directly in Euros. Don't know if she has it up now--I think PayPal solved that problem. But cough it up kids--cough it up--she'll suck up ALL the funds you give her for whatever reason. Can't wait till the lien on her house must be paid by July--(except her Mom will probably write another $10k check like she did last winter--but HEY anyone can always use some extra). She wasn't worried because Liens generally must be paid on ONLY when you SELL which I guess she isn't going to do. Having so many in the community who honk and give her the finger out the window as they pass--makes her feel right at home. And, man, to kick a first-rate fund-raiser like THAT one out of a church fund-raising meeting--they REALLY wanted her gone. There are some things even the residents of a small rural community in Nova Scotia will NOT do to raise money & associate in any way with Fran Rogier is apparently one of them. Well, did she get a shock! The City of Halifax put that $10,000 for the fence they DID have to build right smack on her tax bill due in March. Three months later & they can sell it for taxes. HRM is NOT as stupid as you think Francesca Rogier—and you had better remember that when you go to Court and face your lies-on-tape. (Not taped illegally at all!) If you people were any nearer than Texas Arizona and all over Europe you would be a BIT more in touch with her status in the community. That caterer lives where? Right across the street from her? NO there is only ONE house there, an older couple who loathed her from Day one when she got into a fight with them. They have seen ALL the incidents when Brindi attacked another dog--NOT just the reported ones. But hey--keep that cash pouring in. Better than spending it on booze.
ReplyDeleteI believe she lost a lot of support when she collected money previously and went to that yoga retreat. But there are always new fools, shame since there are so many worthy causes. People really need to just do a little research on the true facts and not spin.
ReplyDeleteYour hot air balloon reply kind of says it all! No prove, just another story. Your Clara character claims Francesca is making 50,-- per hour, hence claiming she has more than enough money to pay the bills for Brindi instead of asking people to help her. Again prove it! BTW the other accounts of Brindi attacking dogs are not documented so they must be a figment of your imagination also.

How much money are you getting per hit of this blog? Since you appear to be so good at exposing or rather trying to expose, what you think others make, lets have it out and see how much the four of you make out of others participation.
I believe the U.S and Canada have mutual agreements in force regarding a citizen of the U.S.A, residing in Canada, and vice versa.
Furthermore, please cite the rule by where a fence is taxed in full value by any entity, and then, as you imply, the full cost (or value of such fence,) is then taxed by the city of Halifax, at that full value, and added to one's property tax bill.
I've never heard of a more ridiculous situation..as property taxes rules and regulations are universal for all states in the USA, and in the Provinces of Canada. That does not mean they are all the same, but you imply and state erroneous information in your post.
Cite the City of Halifax Fence Tax Code, please...then we can all see what reality is.

Ms Burkholder,Well Honey,just do a bit of research,as I not prepared to do it for you,Yep I have screen shots of the court decision,where Brindi was to wear a muzzle when off her property,I also have tapes where the wicked Witch filed a false complaint,further I have Docs where the local Gov. of NS can put up fences to keep people off unsafe property,now cut the BS you have no idea who you are talking to, I have the facts unlike you Honey.

Lina Burkholder My husband just replied to them again, wonder if that will show up this time, first 3 times they claimed they had never gotten that. Lets work together and expose them for what they are? Yes you see that right spy, I still intend to see you in court for violating the law, even if its a Canadian law! Which BTW are very close to our own laws!!!

Archived & backed up from the Beginning of the Blubbering Blog where she described life in Germany, life with insomnis--going out and screaming at the moon in the wee hours of the morning.....(Well, OK, thats the truth; the neighbors heard her and looked out their windows!)
You are about 3 and a half + years too late & we really can't spare time to catch you up. You'd die of boredom before you waded through the symptoms, the tale of Daddy--anyhow we have a fully staffed writing project going now & it doesn't include backfilling new Converts. Kinda fun to watch new ones fall, though.

Well Mr Gary Burkeholder, do you even have a clue what you are talking about? where did you come up with a fence tax? Please also tell us more about mutual agreements for citizens.
ReplyDeleteThere are no mutual agreements, when you're in another country you are subject to their laws, you can't just do as you please or decide that the laws don't apply to you.
Let me educate you about the fence. I'll try to explain in very simple terms so you can understand.
HRM issued an order for the property owner to erect a construction fence, order was ignored, HRM hired a contractor to erect fence , expesnes for fence were added to property tax bill, property tax bill not paid, if not paid goes to auction.
This is standard with most municipalities.
The fence itself was not taxed but thanks for the laugh, you thought the Halifax had a fence tax, best chuckle all day.( hehe still giggling about the fence tax) honestly where does she find these people, my dog wouldn't fall for that one.
Lina I see you left the group or did you ask an honest question & get the boot? Many, many, many people have gotten the boot & then you begin to wonder & run into people that have had the same experience. Of course, she has total control so you can't post after you are booted to even ask why??? She demands nothing negative on the site, which is why there is so much deleting. I hate to see honest people taken advantage of...there are a whole lot out there. The people in Nova Scotia were very supportive in the beginning and for a long time, but not now (the vast majority IMO) by her repeated actions, etc. OccupyNS got fed up with her as well.
ReplyDeleteThat's right Scotia Girl, just to add to what you said, the house was deemed unsafe being up on stilts for one. Fran did not comply with making the property deemed safe, so with no alternative HRM had to take care of the problem. Can you imagine if the house came down on "anyone"? She is also known for refusing to pay bills she doesn't "feel" she owes, so the logical thing to do was add it to her tax bill. To my understanding, she claims she doesn't owe it because it wasn't necessary, she neglects to add in HER opinion that is. The municipality and engineers apparently had a different opinion. On here somewhere is the picture of the house up on the stilts & how LONG it was hiked up in the air. There are always at least 2 sides & then there are pictures.
