Never fails. She gets out of paying for boarding the windows the HRM had to do because she would not stay out of the house.

Well, hell's bells, who wouldn't LOVE that woman, after reading all this stuff. The more people see this blog, the more people will NOT hate that woman. Now go back to ringing themz hell'z bellz. ReplyDeleteShe sure can't put a fence in back of her property--the 'house' sits smack on the property line of Lloyd Pettipas' lot, which is between her and the Inlet. She mentioned that on her blog when ppl suggested buiilding a perimeter fence. Lloyd is the father of Katie Simms whose leashed pet Brindi catapulted onto and attacked in the latest incident. (Yanno, the 'freak accident' that happened 2 months after she got out of the pound where she landed as a result of the last of a string of 6 other freak accidents.)
ReplyDeleteWhy would someone want to badmouth and generally piss off the ONLY possible buyer for her tiny slice of land? When that goes to tax auction--it's of no use to anyone but Lloyd. Shack isn't worth moving and it's a tiny lot smack on the road anyway. No one's gonna buy something where any deck they put on would hang over the other lot--not that Lloyd would put up with that for 10 minutes. With no other bidders, HRM isn't even going to get its back taxes.
She did not do wrong in a place she doesn't belong. And, she belongs there IF she so chooses. She has a right to live in East Chezzetcook like everybody else there has a right to live in East Chezzetcook. You're going to decide who gets to reside in East Chezzetcook and who doesn't? Of course a fence can be built. If the house can sit directly on the property line, then a fence can "sit" just as well on the property line, or at least next to it. I know where the "shack" is situated. I know it very well. It's a house, actually. (Are you going to decide if my house is a shack too?) There is not "only" one "possible" buyer. Yes, of course she should get Brindi back. However, if she were to get Brindi back, I am certain she would relocate as soon as she were possibly able to, for her and her dog's safety. It has been made blatantly clear that Brindi's life (and possibly hers) would be in danger (all one needs to do to realize that, is read these blogs). A certain area of East Chezzetcook IS unsafe now, and it is NOT because of one dog and her owner.

You all keep claiming nobody in the area supports Francesca, and when an authentic neighbor does turn up, you don't know how to handle it. Guess what? All kinds of people here support her. And they think HRM is being evil. When you move to HRM, Wayne, then you can talk about it, but till then, why don't you mind your own business? Calling By-law to complain about a house hours away from where you live is fraudulent, by the way. The records exist and can be accessed. It's very tempting, come to think of it! LMAO
And stop faking messages from Robert Riley that he never sent you. That's extremely fraudulent, probably a federal offense. The clock is ticking, Wayne. How lucky do you feel?

I didn't slip on the "my". I was referring to my house asking you if you're going to decide if my house is a shack too, since you've decided that Fran's house is a shack. Obviously, you don't know what my house looks like, and I know that, so it was a rhetorical question. IOW's I meant it in a general sense -- i.e. are you going around E.Chezz and deciding whose house is a shack and whose house is not (another rhetorical question). Fran has mentioned that you have difficulty writing the English language. It appears that you may also have difficulty reading it and comprehending it as well.
