This is as dumb as a fence post::

I see that Ms Rogier has a PUBLIC PROFILE and I found the following there!

""

Well I hate to inform Fran Rogier but her profile is open for the entire world to see,I fail to see where any of her crap she prints is copy right material. IF she doesn't want anything copied, commented on she has 2 choices either STFU or make everything private. Until such time she does one of the above its fair game.

  1. Useless jabber if her profile is open. But if it makes her sleep better at night, maybe its worth it. Even if its private, I think governments can request the information from Facebook with a warrant.

Off Topic but did she delete the Brindi facebook group or make it private?

  3. Here are a couple of comments on one group of Frans:

""Jean Schummer-Yetto In the states we have an amendment (6th) that gives us the right to a speedy trial. It's called due process. Does Canada? It's outlandish this has dragged out for so long! Do you even get to see her? One would think with the cost of keeping a dog and so many homeless it would be in their best interest to release her. Just crazy!

Conceptually, they have the same thing, Section 11 of the Charter. I tried this argument - but the judge didn't rule on my motion to dismiss and refused to rule on any motions or the charges at the end of two full days. Which of course defeats the whole purpose of the motion to dismiss. And you are right. It's crazy. Which is why I filed for a mistrial - but that won't work to get the trial dropped either. Which is why I am asking people to make more noise!!!"""""

NOTE....Fran forgets to say the trial was delayed almost 5 months because she dropped a rock,(or so she says) on a little pinky, than on the day of the actual trial, she arrives 3 hours late, claims she went into the ditch or some such BS.

  4. She just keeps trying to put off the inevitable. She never wants to take responsibility for her actions, so she comes up with the worst excuses in the world, thinking everyone is going stop and wait for her. They did not reschedule court this time for her and she is not happy about that.
She is always late for everything, her time is more important than anyone else's. I think that is called arrogance. Not working so well for her, I guess she is a slow learner.

  5. lol they can go ahead and make all the noise they want. It isn't going to make a difference. Most of the delays came from fran herself. From firing her lawyers / couldn't get a lawyer/ lawyers quit/ her computer didn't work/ not showing up on time for court/ hurt her wittle finger ( boohoo)/ claiming she has to represent herself ( no lawyer will touch her for any amount of money ... well it would be no money as she don't pay them )... hell I am waiting for " being abducted by aliens" excuse.

If her idiot followers are to stupid to check facts after all this time... I say to bad so sad. They can sleep with Brindi being killed in their nightmares. So can her so called caring owner because SHE will be the reason Brindi will get the needle in her leg. I don't think she should be allowed there when this happens. Let Christine or a member of the SPCA be there to hold Brindi when she closes her eyes for the last time. At least they did everything possible to keep Brindi safe. Saying you love something don't mean a thing if everything you do causes her to be closer to death. Which is what fran has been doing and is still doing. A true loving owner would do everything possible to keep Brindi safe and alive INCLUDING giving her up to a rescue who will find the right home for Brindi. That would mean she gives up all rights to Brindi / her where abouts / who has her / and never to see her again. I would do that in a heart beat if it meant my dog would live. But this selfish owner and her self serving ego will not do it. She says she offered it but she had conditions... she wanted to know who what when and where Brindi is. NO COURT will do that. The HRM will not do that. She has tried ( maybe succeeded ) to get people to steal Brindi so who is to say she wouldn't do it after Brindi is with a rescue or new home? With how much she lies and is conniving.... NOTHING would surprise me. Seems now nothing would surprise anyone who is using a brain that is running on all cylinders.

  6. Well said everyone!

How in the world is making more noise going to help save Brindi? Helllooo...followers, knock-knock. (((FRAN))) write your summation and do the right and decent thing by asking the Judge to rehome Brindi for her sake, not yours. GMAB
